Cast-iron utensils for healthy appetising food!

Cast iron is a traditional material which has been used in the manufacture of cooking utensils for generations. Cast-iron products are ideal for frying, boiling, grilling, braising, gratinating and slow-simmering food, i. e. in the oven as well as on the cooker.
